Filming at our Events

At some of our events, we may be taking photographs and/or videos for promotional material or as content for our PornHub Channel. However, ONLY THOSE WHO WISH TO BE FILMED WILL BE FEATURED.

Filming will take place in certain rooms which will be clearly announced and marked and only those who have agreed to take part will be allowed in those rooms while filming is taking place.

If you would like to feature in any of the content, you MUST bring photo ID (Driving License or Passport) with you to EVERY event where you will be filmed and will be required to fill out a release form each time. We will never share your ID or details with anybody but we are legally required to keep a record of anybody who features in recorded material.

When you arrive, you will be asked if you would like to take part in the filming and we will then take pictures of you and your ID and ask you to complete a release form. Once this has been done, you will be given a wristband which you MUST wear at all times during the event to indicate you are happy to appear in content. If you do not want your face to feature, you can wear a mask to obscure your identity. We are not able to obscure identities in post-production so covering your face is your own responsibility.

If there is a room set up for filming at a particular time during an event, only those with the correct wristband will be allowed to enter the room.

We are unable to provide  copies of pictures and/or video we capture. However, you will be sent a link via email once any videos are posted to PornHub so you can watch yourself. You can then download the videos from PornHub if you'd like to keep them.

Needless to say, nobody other than the organisers and/or their appointed photographers are permitted to take any photos or videos inside the premises and anybody found attempting to do so will be asked to leave and banned from all future events.
