Whatever you’re into, CAYA offers a safe place to be yourself and share your interests with others. 

Meet, chat and explore with friendly people of all persuasions in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere in South London’s Premiere venue for those with alternative lifestyles.

Whether you’re new to a scene, keen to explore a particular interest, or simply want to find an event which allows you to be you, CAYA is sure to become your go-to event for adult fun!

As you enter our large and beautiful venue, you will be offered a warm welcome by our Hosts and signed in. Then you are free to explore the party at your own pace. Maybe you’d like to start in the comfy lounge area where you can chat and get to know people. Perhaps you’d rather head upstairs to take a shower before getting changed into whatever you wish to wear for the evening. Grab some snacks in the kitchen before looking in on one of the five bedrooms to see who is playing. Watching is fine, but I’m sure you’d rather get involved! If you feel like you’ve been naughty, you can always head to the dungeon for a punishment from one of our experienced Dominants. Or you might like to be the one dishing out the punishments. At CAYA, there are always people ready and willing to offer their experience and expertise to those who are interested in any aspect of swinging, BDSM, role-playing, dressing-up, or just those people who love sex!

Our parties are easy-going and relaxed. We are a safe-space people of all sexualities, kinks, experience levels etc. and everybody is welcome to attend.
